Art Camp!

Crystal Beach House

Welcome to a summer of creativity and adventure at Art Camp! Full-day or half-day available - weekly sessions.

Nestled in the charming historic Crystal Beach house, our camp offers the perfect blend of artistic exploration and outdoor fun. Just steps from the waterfront and across from beautiful Live Oak Park, young artists will discover the joy of sculpting with found objects, exploring with plaster, and modeling with clay while developing painting and drawing skills.

Join us for a summer where imagination meets nature in a truly inspiring setting!

Making the most out of your summer!

Art Camp turns summer days into an adventure of creativity and discovery where campers create artwork they'll be proud to share. Each day brings fresh opportunities to explore different techniques, experiment with various materials, and express unique ideas in a supportive environment. Your child will learn from a professional artist and educator while making friends who share their creative interests. We've designed each activity to be both educational and genuinely fun, ensuring kids leave with not just beautiful artwork but also wonderful memories and newfound confidence.

Hands on Learning!

Art Camp is designed to stimulate brain development through hands-on creative activities. Research shows that building, sculpting, drawing, and other fine motor activities contribute significantly to cognitive development and self-confidence. As campers work with their hands, they're developing problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities. The collaborative nature of our projects also builds social skills as children help each other, share ideas, and work together to overcome creative challenges.

Small Classes, Big Connections!

We believe in the power of intimate learning experiences. With a maximum of 12 campers per session, we ensure that each young artist receives personalized attention and guidance. This small group size allows for meaningful interactions with the instructor, creates a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, and allows campers to form genuine connections with fellow artists. Keeping our classes small fosters a supportive environment where creativity can flourish and lasting friendships can bloom.

Cleaning Up the Environment!

Environmental awareness is woven into the Art Camp experience. During guided nature walks through Live Oak Park and along the Crystal Beach coastline, campers learn about native plants and their importance to the local ecosystem. With a positive, solution-focused approach, children participate in collecting beach trash—or as we call it, "Art Supplies!" They'll discover how discarded items can be transformed into beautiful sculptures, learning valuable lessons about environmental stewardship while making a tangible difference in their community.

Explore and Experiment with Materials!

Art Camp offers endless opportunities to discover new materials and techniques. Campers will learn to repurpose cardboard into stunning sculptures, explore subtractive techniques through soap carving, experiment with various paint types, and develop skills with colored pencils and other art media. Our approach encourages experimentation in a supportive environment, allowing each child to find materials and methods that spark their particular interest while building a broad foundation of artistic skills.
